This website presents information about our brands and services, which include: Business Lyfe Risk Advisors (property, casualty, commercial, life and health insurance); The Trust Lyfe (Living Trust services); The Credit Lyfe (credit repair referral); The Capital Lyfe (Private investments/residual income); The Business Lyfe Podcast and related educational content; and the studio, training, and agent support services. Each brand is subject to its own regulatory framework and its own disclosures, which appear at https://thebusinesslyfe.com/disclosures and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

This website is informational and promotional. It is not, and nothing on it should be construed as, legal advice, tax advice, accounting advice, investment advice, a recommendation of any security, or an offer of insurance coverage.

2. No Professional Relationship Is Created

Estate planning documents referenced or facilitated through The Trust Lyfe are prepared and reviewed by, or under the supervision of, licensed attorneys or licensed document preparation providers engaged for that purpose in your state.

Our role is limited to education, intake, and coordination. Any consultation we provide is a general educational discussion and a determination of fit, not a legal consultation. You are advised to consult a licensed attorney in your state regarding your specific circumstances. Laws governing trusts, wills, probate, and asset transfer vary by state and change over time.

4. Business Lyfe Risk Advisors — Insurance

Insurance services are offered through Business Lyfe Risk Advisors, a licensed independent insurance agency, Nevada license number 4215653, licensed in NV, CA, AZ, TX, GA, and OH. We are not an insurance carrier. We represent multiple insurers and are compensated by them through commission, and in some cases through agency fees where state law permits.

No content on this website is an offer of insurance, a binder, or a guarantee that coverage will be issued. Any premium figure or estimate is preliminary and subject to underwriting, verification, and final carrier approval. Coverage is effective only when a policy is issued by the carrier, required premium is received, and you receive written confirmation. Coverage is never bound by submitting a web form, sending an email, leaving a voicemail, or sending a text message.

5. The Credit Lyfe — Referral Only

The Credit Lyfe operates as a referral and affiliate marketing channel. We do not perform credit repair services, we do not dispute items on your behalf, and we do not take possession of your credit files for that purpose. Credit repair services, where you elect to pursue them, are performed by an independent third-party credit repair organization under a separate written contract between you and that organization.

We receive compensation when a consumer we refer enrolls with that provider. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ANY PARTICULAR CREDIT SCORE INCREASE, THE REMOVAL OF ANY ITEM FROM A CREDIT REPORT, OR ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME. Accurate, current, and verifiable negative information generally cannot be removed from a credit report. You have the right to dispute inaccurate information yourself, directly and at no cost, with the consumer reporting agencies. Under the federal Credit Repair Organizations Act, you have rights including the right to cancel your contract with a credit repair organization within three business days, and that organization is required to provide you a written statement of your rights before you sign.

Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court. You may opt out of this arbitration provision by written notice to info@thebusinesslyfe.com within thirty (30) days of your first submission on this website; opting out does not affect any other provision.

This section does not apply to disputes arising under an insurance policy, which are governed by that policy and applicable state insurance law, or to any claim that applicable law prohibits from being arbitrated.
